• You advise the specialist departments on the possibilities of Epic, taking into account patient safety, treatment quality, and regulatory requirements, and work together with internal teams, Epic, and external partners
• From requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and training to implementation, you accompany changes in daily clinical life and subsequently support operations, upgrades, and optimizations

Your experience ###

• You have a completed degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or health informatics, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience, and you are familiar with clinical processes from the hospital environment
• Experience in oncology, hematology, chemotherapy, or clinical pharmacy helps you to quickly understand requirements from different specialist perspectives and translate them into suitable digital solutions
• You analyze complex issues in a structured manner, recognize connections, and bring requirements together into comprehensible solutions even when there are different interests
• In exchange with various professional groups, you communicate in an audience-appropriate and binding manner; experience with clinical information systems as well as good German and English skills at B2 level support you in this; knowledge of Epic Beacon is an advantage
