To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Specialist Purchasing / Planning (m/f).

Your tasks

• Contact person for production for the inside sales department.
• Delivery date clarifications for sales.
• Proactive delivery date management including timely information to sales.
• Order management
• Ensuring schedule and capacity planning as well as work preparation.
• Checking and continuously updating manufacturing documents and ERP data.
• Coordination of external service providers and suppliers, support for purchasing.
• Reporting of deviations (causes, measures).
• Monitoring of corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Optimization of lot sizes and delivery times.
• Control and monitoring of stocks.
• Support in the area of shipping and warehouse logistics.
• Coordination of activities with upstream and downstream processes/teams.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Further training as Process Specialist or Production Specialist or Purchasing Specialist
• Experience in planning, purchasing, or a comparable position
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Analytical thinking skills and structured way of working
• Communication strength and negotiation skills
• Independent, reliable, communicative, and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
