Concierge / Operations Agent (a) Workplace: Cantons Neuchâtel and Fribourg Activity rate: 100% Start date: As soon as possible We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to strengthen our team as a mobile concierge. You will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings, green spaces, and the management of maintenance requests across several sites. If you are autonomous, reactive, and have a good sense of service, this position is made for you. You will participate in the management of works and the improvement of sites while ensuring quality service. Your tasks: <br /> • Maintenance of the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings • Maintenance of green spaces • Execute inspection tasks autonomously • Manage maintenance and upkeep activities • Handle various requests and small repairs • Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily • Monitor and accompany the execution of works by mandated companies • Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors • Manage small repair projects • Snow removal • Technical on-call duty according to schedule <br /> Your profile: <br /> • CFC agent d'exploitation or a title deemed equivalent • Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) • Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites • Mastery of French • Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Driver's license mandatory (service car provided) • Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication • Interpersonal and service skills • Ability to work alone or in a team <br /> Ready for us?
