Auxiliary Airport Security Agent

We are looking for female and male employees on auxiliary contracts, with a possible evolution towards a fixed contract in the short or medium term, depending on operational needs and your commitment. The airport security agent may be required to work at different positions and checkpoints. This versatility will allow you to cover a wide range of missions: Controlling personnel entering certain regulated zones Searching passengers and/or personnel Controlling accreditations and other passage documents (airport identity card, legitimation cards, etc.) Performing X-ray screening of passengers and airport supplies Controlling and searching vehicles Searching luggage Monitoring maintenance work Your profile: We are looking for a person possessing good physical and mental condition, adapted to the requirements of the position. The ability to work in a stable, reliable manner and in demanding environments is essential. Available to work at night, on weekends and public holidays The airport sector operates according to flexible and irregular hours: Mainly early in the morning and at night (approximately 70% of shifts, depending on operational needs) Fixed schedule from Thursday to Monday (depending on operational needs) Days off during the week An ability to work in a stable, reliable manner and in potentially demanding environments is essential. Salary conditions: The remuneration is in accordance with the CCT for private security services: CHF 24.70 gross per hour Vacation indemnity of 8.33%, calculated on the hours worked in the month As a reminder, we offer auxiliary employment contracts with possible evolution towards a fixed contract.
