• Documentation of all measures as well as active participation in process optimization and quality assurance

Your profile – Competence, strength of character, and professionalism

• Completed training as Dipl. Expertin / Experte für Notfallpflege NDS
• Experience in the emergency room, intensive care unit, or pre-clinical emergency care is an advantage
• Confident handling of high-pressure situations and complex emergency scenarios
• Sound knowledge in emergency medicine, traumatology, and acute care
• Ability to act analytically and precisely even under time pressure
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with rescue services, doctors, and specialist staff
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
