The Zürcherische Pestalozzistiftung Knonau is a special school with a boarding school for male children and adolescents aged 7-17 with impairments in the areas of behavior, learning, or language.

We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Social Pedagogue 80%

for one of our three residential groups

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF
• You work in a solution-oriented manner due to your personal attitude
• You share the view that learning and development take place predominantly through relationship
• You enjoy special pedagogical challenges
• You are prepared to work irregularly (approx. one night on-call duty per week as well as one weekend per month)
• You possess a good measure of flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
• If possible, you bring experience in the special school sector (behavioral abnormalities and / or autism spectrum disorder)
• You see interdisciplinary cooperation as an important component of your work
• You are willing to actively participate in organizational development
