The SMA is the competent authority for the evaluation, authorization, supervision, and support of extra-familial care. Your tasks

• Evaluation, authorization, and supervision of family assistants within the framework of the implementation of the ordinance on child protection
• Support and advice for care arrangements

Desired profile

• Master or Bachelor in social work or recognized equivalent training
• Interest in the fields of child protection and social pedagogy
• Ability to analyze complex situations and identify the essentials
• Sense of organization, stress resistance, team spirit
• Driver's license required
• Proficiency in German (oral/written) with good knowledge of French
