Project Management & Team Coach for Google Pixel – Sales & Operations CH (m/w/d) To strategically expand the sales and partner structure in Switzerland in the hardware sector for our client in the technology industry, we are looking for a committed, organizationally strong, and sales-oriented personality as Project Management & Team Coach (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. In this versatile key role, you are much more than the administrative hub in the background: You act as a strategic sparring partner at eye level for the Country Manager, develop the project proactively, and accompany your team actively at the front. In this varied function, the following priorities shape your daily routine: Strategic sparring & development: Close cooperation with the Country Manager to define project goals; contribution of market insights and proactive development of strategic optimization measures. Team coaching & front deployments: Technical support for field service employees (AD) – not only from the desk, but also directly on site in the field through joint visits, targeted coaching in stores, and active network building. Control & coordination: Conducting regular updates, ensuring AD administration (week focus, task control), and supporting route planning and recruitment. Reporting & analysis: Creating regular reports (numbers, highlights/lowlights) and analyzing team performance to derive strategic measures. Financial management & controlling: Planning and monitoring the project budget, creating offers, invoicing, and checking expense and travel expense accounts. Stakeholder management: Correspondence and relationship management with contacts on the customer side, suppliers, and key partners. Infrastructure & logistics: Coordinating merchandising production, device management (rental agreements, device shipping), and ensuring material availability. Who you are: Strategic head with hands-on mentality: You bring the necessary altitude for strategic discussions, but are not afraid to get involved at the front and show presence in stores. Sales professional: You understand the retail market (consumer electronics) and know how sales promotion works at the POS. Specific Telco knowledge (Swisscom, Salt, Sunrise/Mobilezone) is a big plus, or you have the motivation to quickly immerse yourself in it. Coach & motivator: You enjoy developing colleagues in the field technically, challenging, and promoting them. Communicative & presentation-safe: You are an eloquent negotiating partner at eye level (for customers and management) and present content (e.g., in meetings or training) safely and convincingly. Reliable & exact: A structured, careful handling of numbers (budget, Excel, tools) and reports is a matter of course for you. Languages: You communicate fluently in German. Good English skills as well as Swiss and Italian are a plus. IT skills: Experienced handling of various tools, Excel/Sheets, and CRM systems.
