To complement our team in Basel-Stadt, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clerk Disposition & Administration and Accounting, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: • Maintenance of existing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction • Active acquisition and support of new customers to expand our customer portfolio • Organization and implementation of customer visits as well as presentation of our services • Responsibility for the operational support and processing of a defined customer portfolio • Close cooperation with internal departments to optimize processes and workflows • General administrative tasks What you bring: • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification • Business-fluent German skills as well as very good English skills; French is an advantage • Professional experience in the field of freight forwarding; experience in marketing is a plus • Exact, reliable and independent way of working • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Very good organizational and time management skills as well as analytical thinking skills • High flexibility and team orientation We offer We offer you a versatile and interesting activity in a dynamic company.
