Project Manager

Our client is an established company for over 50 years in the field of high-quality and versatile painting work and realizes demanding projects in various areas. A special focus is on large new construction projects: from individual apartments to large commercial properties with several 1'000 m², modern spray work, high-quality painting work, and efficient work processes are used.

Your tasks:

Acquire orders including measurement, quotation preparation & consulting
Overall responsibility for projects – from order receipt to billing
Planning, coordination & accompaniment of new construction & renovation projects
Coordination and ensuring a smooth project process
Ensuring and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality specifications
Technical and organizational leadership of 10–15 employees

Your competencies:
Completed vocational training as Maler/in EFZ
Further training as Project Manager or Malermeister/in
Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager
Reliable, qualitative and exact way of working
Confident and professional appearance
Good oral communication skills in German
Driving license category B
