Technical Manager

Introduction

We are a Real Estate Agency established in French-speaking Switzerland since 1886 with agencies in Genève, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Bulle, Sion and Neuchâtel.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Technical Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the technical management of our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical management of the buildings under your responsibility.
• Establish move-in and move-out inventory reports as well as preliminary findings.
• Supervise maintenance, renovation and repair work.
• Establish and monitor technical budgets in collaboration with owners.
• Manage relations with service providers, suppliers and mandated companies.
• Perform regular visits to the buildings to ensure their good condition.
• Ensure the follow-up of claims and technical interventions.
• Ensure visits to properties with a view to their relocation.
• Collaborate closely with building managers and other internal services.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in the field of real estate management.
• Good knowledge of the standards and regulations in force in Switzerland.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relations.
• Good knowledge of Quorum, an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
