Your Tasks ###

• The acquisition of new customers as well as support and advice for existing customers
• Recruitment of candidates domestically and abroad as well as conducting interviews

For this responsible function with technical responsibility, much autonomy, and broad scope for action, a regionally well-networked, proactive, motivated, and reliable personality with the following skills is required:

• A completed vocational training and several years of experience in personnel consulting reflects your seniority
• As a winning communication professional, you use your industry knowledge convincingly in negotiations
• Your winning and solution-oriented personality is perceptible
• You have very good PC skills and enjoy digitalization
• You speak German fluently; other languages are an advantage
