Team Leader Strategic Procurement (all)

Your tasks

• You analyze the procurement market and further develop product group strategies within the lead buyer structures of BKW.
• You manage supplier management, are responsible for contracts, and conduct price and performance negotiations.
• You optimize material requirements and disposition processes, accompany prototypes, sampling, as well as zero series, and thereby ensure availability and economic efficiency.
• You further develop procurement processes with regard to quality, costs, and time and drive digital solutions as well as KPI-based controlling.
• You lead and develop your procurement team with one to two employees technically and disciplinarily.
• You work closely within the international procurement community of BKW and report directly to the Head of Procurement BKW Infra Services.

Your competence

• You have completed a commercial or technical basic education and further training in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
• You have several years of experience in strategic and operational procurement in an industrial or project-related environment.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of a small team.
• You negotiate confidently, assert yourself convincingly, and act with cost consciousness.
• You think analytically, enjoy further developing processes and systems, and are experienced in working with ERP systems and digital procurement solutions.
• You communicate stylishly in German, well in English, and convince with team spirit.
