TopCoat GmbH is a modern and innovative company in the plastic coating and surface finishing industry. To strengthen our young and dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and precise-working personality as an Industrial Painter or Car Painter, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Preparing, sanding, cleaning and masking workpieces
• Independent painting of plastic components
• Operation and monitoring of modern painting systems
• Mixing and preparing colors and lacquer materials
• Quality control of the painted parts
• Post-processing and finishing work
• Maintenance, cleaning and care of work equipment and systems
• Support in production processes and special projects

Your profile

• Completed training as an Industrial Painter, Car Painter or several years of professional experience in the painting field
• Experience in surface coating and painting technology
• Very good eyesight as well as a precise and clean way of working
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Reliable, flexible and a team player
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You understand Swiss German without errors
• Independent and error-free working is required, especially in the Medtech sector
