• You have completed vocational training as a Plant Operator EFZ or bring a comparable technical education and have ideally already gained experience in an industrial production plant in the food industry.
• You are willing to work in 3 or 4-shift operation and appreciate a dynamic production environment.
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, analyze challenges in a structured manner and develop sustainable solutions together with your team.
• Technology inspires you and you enjoy not only operating production plants safely, but also continuously developing them together with your team.
• You work reliably, take responsibility and convince with a high level of quality and hygiene awareness as well as good German language skills.
