• Pre-preparation and preparation of all dishes
• Participation in the planning of culinary special weeks and gastro events
• Compliance with the specified quality assurance and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

• Completed training and experience in a restaurant
• Connection to regional products and enjoyment of working with fresh raw materials
• Commitment, teamwork skills, flexibility and stress resistance
• Willingness to also help out at other locations in the business
• Neat appearance and good manners
• You can set priorities and enjoy further training
