Your tasks
You lead approximately 20 employees professionally and personally in a deputy capacity and ensure the care processes in cooperation with the residential area manager of your department
You lead by example every day and motivate your team to achieve maximum performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, the relatives, and the nursing team
You carry out professional, individual, and empathic care, support, and nursing of approximately 40 residents
You carry out the documentation and implement it according to RAI specifications
You carry out the planning and control of the RAI NH Assessment and classifications
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training as a nursing professional (FAGE, FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP)
Leadership experience and corresponding management training or willingness to complete one
Experience in long-term care
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Professional, social, and leadership competence
Resilience and very good organizational skills
RAI supervisor or willingness to complete training
