TEAM LEADER LOGISTICS 80-100 % (M/F) YOUR MAIN TASKS Technical and personnel leadership of the warehouse team and two apprentices, including support for their professional development Preparing and conducting team shopfloor meetings Ensuring efficient planning and control of all warehouse processes to ensure timely and high-quality provision of orders Identification of improvement potentials and implementation of projects for the continuous optimization of warehouse processes Planning and conducting the inventory as well as analysis and documentation of the results YOUR PROFILE Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ, further training as Logistikfachfrau/-mann as well as possession of the Swiss recognized vocational trainer course Several years of experience in logistics in an industrial environment Holistic understanding of logistical connections and processes as well as process-oriented and cross-departmental thinking and acting Confident handling of MS Office, especially Power BI, Excel and Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage Very good German skills in spoken and written High level of independence, strong social competence, reliability and a strong team orientation WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME PART OF THE GROUP?
