Extrusion Machine Operator

Your area of responsibility ####

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of the thermoplastic extrusion systems for the production of high-frequency cables
• Setting up the systems as well as providing the materials according to production orders, recipes and work instructions
• Ensuring a smooth production process as well as initiating necessary process adjustments
• Performing, documenting and evaluating quality inspections according to the inspection plan
• Preparing the systems for the shift change as well as for subsequent production orders
• Carrying out autonomous maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes, workflows and standards
• Further development and optimization of the workplace and production according to Lean principles

Your profile ####

• Training as an Anlagenführer EFZ, Kunststofftechnologe or other basic mechanical training
• Professional experience in the operation of production systems, preferably in the extrusion environment
• Technical flair as well as a committed and responsible way of working
• High quality awareness and quick comprehension
• Reliable, independent and precise way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Willingness to work in three-shift operation as well as in four-shift operation if required
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
