Prototype Technician (M/F) - Dial

Introduction ## For our Recherche & Développement division, we are looking for a Prototype Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to fully manufacture dial prototypes. *Responsibilities* ## • Machine dial prototypes • Think about designs in collaboration with manufacturers and project managers • Create manufacturing sequences in connection with the team's professional skills (backgrounding, decal, assembly, and use of machining equipment available in the workshop) • Program using Creo ProE (or other CAM software) • Machine using numerical control on 3/5 axis milling and turning equipment • Design and manufacture specific tooling • Order tools, in direct contact with suppliers • Communicate new products to industrialization partners and production regarding the machining methods used Technological monitoring including: • Follow the evolution of machining techniques • Contact suppliers (tools, tooling, machines) • Study new dial assembly and/or design techniques. *Profile* ## • CFC in polymechanic or mechanical technician • Mastery of CNC machining and programming (3/5 axis milling, turning: an asset) • Knowledge of conventional machining techniques • Good knowledge of CAM, mastery of ProE is an asset • Basic knowledge of the dial and manufacturing methods: an asset • Dynamic, autonomous and open person, with a team spirit and good communication • Proactivity and positivity are also expected to encourage innovation.
