• 08 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Liestal Work location: Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft area Workload: 80-100% Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement Department: Cleaning Your tasks ### • Operational responsibility for the support services in several customer mandates in the healthcare sector (qualitative, financial, and personnel) • Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of a team of approx. 20-25 employees • Maintenance of constant customer contact and contact person for technical questions • Responsibility for our support services and ensuring high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines • Implementation of quality controls as well as coaching and support of the employees • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments • Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, and optimization of all workflows • Independent recruitment of new workers • Management of material, machine, and equipment orders • Administrative tasks incl. budget responsibility Your profile ### • Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in the field of housekeeping, cleaning, or facility management • Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality is an advantage • Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality • Personable, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination • Structured and solution-oriented way of working • Service orientation and independence • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • MS Office user knowledge Your future at Vebego ### Learn more about Vebego as an employer and which benefits you can benefit from in the future as an employee under "Arbeiten bei Vebego".
