MPA Oncology/Hematology 60-80%

In the outpatient clinic for oncology and hematology in Baden, you will accompany patients in a medically demanding situation. You combine personal contact with organizational tasks and practical medical activities. With your careful way of working, you ensure well-coordinated processes and reliable care. The position is available as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You receive patients and ensure that they feel well looked after and cared for.
• You plan and coordinate the consultation hours and ensure smooth processes.
• You answer telephone inquiries from internal and external contact persons and provide information.
• You take on various administrative tasks and ensure a smooth process in the outpatient clinic.
• You manage the required material and ensure that it is available for daily operations.
• You perform capillary and venous blood sampling, operate the laboratory devices, perform quality controls, and maintain the systems.
• You insert peripheral venous catheters and perform EKGs. In addition, you prepare the corresponding examinations.

Profile ##

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant.
• You bring professional experience from a medical practice or a hospital and are familiar with the processes in everyday medical life.
• You bring laboratory experience, work precisely and carefully, handle samples and devices skillfully, and work quickly.
• You are confident in using digital systems and quickly familiarize yourself with new applications.
• You communicate clearly in German, both orally and in writing.
• You approach people openly, listen attentively, and remain calm and friendly even in hectic situations.
