Data is at the heart of Vaudoise's digital transformation. In order to support the evolution of our Data & IA platforms and to strengthen our ability to leverage our data, we are looking for a Data & Information Architect (m/f/x).

In this key role, you will define the foundations of our data architecture, support the company's strategic projects, and contribute to making data a true lever for value creation. In close collaboration with the business, IT, Data & IA, and Architecture teams, you will ensure the consistency, quality, and sustainability of our data assets.

Your missions:

• Define the target data architecture and contribute to the transformation of the information system around data
• Design data models and business concepts that will serve as the foundation for Data & IA initiatives
• Support strategic projects by guaranteeing the consistency, quality, and valorization of data.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to make data a true lever for value creation
• Contribute to data governance, architecture standards, and the dissemination of best practices
• Participate in the development of the company's Data & IA capabilities

Your profile:

• Proven experience in data architecture, modeling, and data governance
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Cloud) as well as technologies such as Kafka, Azure, Databricks or Data Galaxy
• Ability to transform business challenges into pragmatic and sustainable data solutions
• Experience in digital transformation contexts and strategic projects
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influence skills
