Mission ## Joerg and his team are looking for their future Store Manager M/F in a 100% permanent contract. *The position is to be filled in FRIBOURG (SWITZERLAND).* As a Store Manager, your managerial and commercial skills will enable you to carry out these missions: • Animation and management of the sales team on a daily basis: accompaniment and monitoring of the various missions and challenges. Ensure the development of each person's skills through the implementation of training. • Monitoring and analysis of store performance: study and mastery of different commercial indicators, implementation of corrective actions to achieve the desired objectives. • Administrative and organizational tasks: sending daily reports to your Regional Manager, implementation and respect of merchandising, stock management, financial control, and respect of procedures. • Commercial: ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, implement prospecting actions, ensure good sales techniques. For a more efficient takeover, you will benefit from personalized training, of around 2 weeks, to ensure good integration within your store (internal procedures, product and hairdressing training, e-learning). Then, your Regional Manager will provide you with daily support. You have understood, we have at heart the well-being and team cohesion to guarantee the success of all. Profile ## You have a successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the beauty or retail sector. You have natural leadership, able to federate and challenge your employees on a daily basis while giving them autonomy and responsibilities.
