Logistics Specialist For a pharma company in Visp we are looking for a new team member as Process Engineer Logistics (m/f/d) For a leading pharma company in Visp we are looking for a dedicated personality as Process Engineer Logistics (m/f/d), who ensures a smooth material flow in a demanding GMP environment with technical expertise, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility. Your tasks Management and coordination of all activities in the logistics area in close cooperation with the Process Engineer Supervisor First point of contact for all logistics-relevant topics Ensuring the timely material supply of the production facilities Implementation of logistical project requirements and support of production processes Compliance with and monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements (EHS, GMP, GDP, ISO 9001) Organization and management of shift handovers, inspections, and team meetings Creation and maintenance of work instructions and relevant documentation Technical leadership, assessment, coaching, and further development of the logistics team Planning and prioritization of resources to ensure compliance with deadlines Support and active participation in daily operational business Ensuring occupational safety and GMP compliance within the team Participation in GEMBA walks and continuous improvement initiatives Representation and enforcement of standardized processes towards customers and project managers Proper archiving of all relevant documents and data to ensure traceability Your profile Completed training in the field of logistics, pharma, chemistry or a comparable specialist field Several years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Independent, structured, and responsible way of working High personal commitment as well as strong team and communication skills Good SAP knowledge, ideally in the modules MM, SD, FI and Ariba Very good German language skills in spoken and written form Good English skills are an advantage Your application Please send your complete application documents by e-mail to the address listed below.
