What you bring:

• Completed 3 to 4-year vocational apprenticeship EFZ and several years of professional experience. Due to the current team constellation, an interested party will be preferred
• Readiness to perform irregular working hours in 24-hour operations (incl. night shifts and weekend assignments)
• High resilience, stability, and teamwork skills
• Understanding and tolerance in dealing with people of different origins

Your working environment

In the Amt für Justizvollzug (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/ueber-uns/organisation/amt-fuer-justizvollzug), the institutions and services are united, which focus heavily on the execution of sentences and measures and thus make a contribution to social security.

This also includes the Sektion Bezirksgefängnisse with prisons at the four locations Aarau, Baden, Kulm and Zofingen. The employees ensure the execution of pretrial detention, short prison sentences, early starts of sentences and semi-confinement. The rule-compliant and secure accommodation and care of the prisoners is the priority.
