R&D Manager

You define and steer the innovation strategy and the R&D roadmap of a machine tool manufacturer, by managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Tasks

• Define and carry the innovation strategy as well as the R&D roadmap
• Steer the development of new machines, peripherals and digital solutions
• Supervise the product life cycle: development, reliability, technological evolutions
• Manage adaptations and specific customer developments
• Manage and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, software and technology technical teams

Profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, product development or industrial innovation
• Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams
• Expertise in complex project management and steering of R&D portfolios
• Good understanding of industrial environments and industrialization processes
• Very good level of French and English, German is an asset

Offer
