Anyone who confuses "Tax Administration" with mountains of paper, pencils, and sluggish officials is quite wrong. Your tasks

• Assess withholding tax in a timely, law-compliant, and citizen-friendly manner
• Check applications for the refund of withholding taxes according to double taxation agreements
• Maintain oral and written contact with internal and external bodies, employers, as well as citizens
• Provide telephone and written information to internal and external customers
• Independently perform correspondence and administrative tasks in the assigned area of responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau EFZ or equivalent training (experience in taxation is an advantage)
• Independent, goal-oriented, and committed (co-)working
• Interested and flexible personality
• Efficient and precise way of working with a high service mindset
• German as a native language and very good oral and written French skills (level B2)
