An established architecture office in the Sursee region is looking for a precise, independent draftsperson personality as of August 2026 or by arrangement. The office plans and accompanies new buildings, conversions, and renovations in residential, commercial, and industrial construction from planning to execution, including construction management and construction site management.

Your tasks

• Independent creation of plans in all planning phases
• Execution and detail plans, plan statuses, digital project documentation
• Cooperation with specialist planners, authorities, construction management, and the draftsperson team
• Support for the project management in planning and execution
• Participation in process optimization and further development of planning tools (BIM, Solibri)

Your profile

• Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture or structural draftsperson
• Several years of experience in architectural planning
• Very good ArchiCAD knowledge, constructive flair
• Interest in BIM and new planning tools
• Further education Technician HF Building Planning / Structural Engineering an advantage
• Workload 50 - 100 %
