Your mission- ##

• Personal, telephone and online advising of our customers in the showroom, answering questions about the assortment and creating an attractive customer experience
• Maintaining the data regarding the assortment in the system and creating evaluations
• Handling demanding inquiries regarding returns, repairs as well as replacement deliveries
• Coordinating the procurement process from the order to the vehicle delivery
• Calculating sales prices for used cars, creating trade-in offers and demonstrating the various financing options

How you fit with us- ##

• if you have already completed another apprenticeship or are already 18 years old
• by having a completed Real- or Sekundarschule with good language skills
• because you possess a passion for cars and everything related to them
• as you enjoy advising and sales and like to approach customers
• because you have good manners and value a well-groomed appearance
• as you enjoy working together with colleagues to achieve something
