recruiter / personnel consultant as talent specialist (m/f/d)

tasks

• you independently recruit specialists for various occupational groups, with a focus on the commercial sector as well as in healthcare
• using active sourcing, linkedin, social media, job platforms and our existing network, you find and contact suitable candidates
• you conduct personal and digital interviews, recognize potential and professionally accompany candidates through the entire application process
• you create attractive job advertisements, publish them on the appropriate channels and assess the incoming applications
• you build up your own candidate pool and customer contacts and maintain existing contacts sustainably
• in close exchange with our personnel consultants, you ensure that suitable candidates and open positions successfully find each other

requirements

• you have training as a kauffrau / kaufmann, detailhandelsfachfrau / detailhandelsfachmann or have a comparable professional background
• the position is equally interesting for a nursing professional who wants to use their industry knowledge in recruitment in the future
• you enjoy daily contact with different people and approach new people in an open and uncomplicated manner
• social media, linkedin and digital communication channels are familiar to you and you enjoy actively searching for suitable candidates
• you work independently, goal-oriented and with a lot of initiative, while at the same time valuing close exchange within a small team
• if you like supporting people in their professional development and bring a good sense for people and suitable positions, you are exactly right with us
