Tasks:

• Personnel leadership and coaching of 12 employees in the absence of the Team Leader
• Steering of daily business and reacting to target deviations of the departments in the absence of the Team Leader
• Active participation in daily business and coordination for smooth handling of daily business
• Support in complying with quality and productivity targets as well as guidelines and specifications (e.g. SOP, GDP, GXP etc.) incl. work instructions
• Ensuring communication / information flow and efficient cooperation within the warehouse
• Responsibility for daily closing (extended circle with Team Leader and Coordinator)

Strengths:

• Training as a Logisician EFZ or similar industry-related vocational training desirable
• Several years of professional experience with initial leadership experience an advantage, ideally in the logistics and/or pharma industry or a highly regulated environment
• Strong communicating team player who takes responsibility, creates trust and consciously fulfills their role model function in everyday work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
