Our reception and patient admissions form an important contact point for our patients, for relatives and visitors. Our well-coordinated team supports each other and is jointly committed to enabling a smooth process for our patients in both the outpatient and inpatient sectors.

These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• You provide competent information for internal and external inquiries
• You record and maintain patient master data in the systems and are in exchange with health insurance companies and insurers
• You admit planned and emergency admissions and coordinate these with the relevant departments
• A commercial apprenticeship with experience in the healthcare sector or a completed basic medical training
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience in SAP-R/3, Italian and English skills are a plus
• A reliable, open personality with pleasure in dealing with people as well as willingness to work weekends and irregular working hours
