Team Lead Product Engineering Halbleiterfertigung

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians in semiconductor manufacturing and be responsible for product quality, manufacturability, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Product Engineers
• Responsibility for results through clear expectations, feedback, and development plans
• Leading measures for yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost optimization
• Ensuring product responsibility regarding quality, reliability, and manufacturability
• Collaboration with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management
• Supporting the industrialization of new technologies into mass production
• Prioritizing resources and ensuring the implementation of strategic goals

Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, semiconductor technology, or a related field
• Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Product Engineering, process, or quality engineering
• Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performance teams
• Ability to close performance gaps through coaching and structured development plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English skills mandatory
