Search Baker-Pastry Maker (M/F/X) - Temporary mission

Job description

As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a baker-pastry maker for a temporary mission. You will join a dynamic team within a renowned bakery for the quality of its products.

The mission starts on July 1st and until the end of August.

Responsibilities

Your missions

• Preparation and production of bread, pastries, and cakes
• Mastery of fermentation, kneading, and cooking techniques
• Respect for food hygiene and safety standards
• Management of stocks and implementation in the laboratory

Profile

• Sought-after profile
• CFC or CAP Bakery-Pastry or equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a similar position
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization
• Passion for the job and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and in shifted hours
