In the Office Point of dreischiibe, people with mental impairments learn and deepen their professional knowledge in the commercial field. In a multi-stage process, we accompany and promote individuals in IV vocational reintegration measures as well as at supported workplaces with the goal of sustainable professional integration.

Your tasks ###

• Professional guidance and agogic support of people with mental impairments in IV reintegration measures and at supported workplaces
• Planning and coordination of daily work and customer orders while complying with quality, deadline, and budget specifications
• Shared responsibility for basic commercial training and support of apprentices
• Ensuring documentation and reporting
• Cooperation with internal interfaces as well as with referrers, authorities, specialist agencies, relatives, and external partners
• Participation in the further development of work processes and quality standards
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and taking over deputy roles within the team

Your profile ###

• Basic commercial training as well as training in social pedagogy, work agogics, social work, or a comparable qualification
• Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to acquire this
• Several years of experience in accompanying people with mental impairments, ideally within the framework of IV measures in the commercial field
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 and Abacus as well as experience in reporting
• Customer orientation, negotiation skills, and economic thinking
• Enjoyment in the further development of work processes
• Strong communication skills, resilience, as well as decision-making and reflection skills
