Construction Machine Operator / Machinist – Crawler and Wheeled Excavators 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, an established construction company based in Goldau, we are looking for an experienced and reliable construction machine operator for versatile projects in civil engineering and road construction.

YOUR TASKS:

• Operating crawler and wheeled excavators on demanding construction projects
• Carrying out excavation, trenching, and leveling work
• Excavation operations in general civil engineering, utility line construction, and concrete construction
• Working with the "OilQuick" hydraulic quick coupler system, tiltrotator, 3D excavator control, and various attachments
• Daily inspection and maintenance of the machines used
• Close cooperation with the construction site team and active assistance when required
• Responsible working in compliance with safety regulations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of professional experience as a construction machine operator on crawler and wheeled excavators
• Experience in civil engineering, utility line construction, or concrete construction is desirable
• Confident and careful handling of machines and attachments
• Knowledge in handling digital aids; experience with 3D excavator control is an advantage
• Independent, proactive, and economical way of working
• Resilience, reliability, and team spirit
• Willingness to lend a hand even outside of the machine
• Sufficient German language skills for communication on the construction site and understanding safety instructions
