We care for and support adults with mental and social impairments using our multi-stage concept in the living and working areas, which aims at sustainable independence in all areas. Our care goals are for residents as well as employees to live as self-determinedly as possible and to pursue an activity that brings satisfaction. To support our 24-hour supervised residential group, we are looking for, effective immediately, a Specialist in Care EFZ or Social Pedagogue HF 80% - 100% Your Profile You have a social pedagogical or related professional training at EFZ level. You enjoy working independently, are service-oriented, reliable, and are familiar with medication. You possess a positive basic attitude, flexibility, teamwork skills, and humor. You enjoy development and change processes and would like to actively help shape them. In your role • Contribute as an active team member in professional social pedagogical care in the areas of living and daily structure along our psychosocial and pedagogical care concept • Accompany and support the adult residents in their daily and leisure structure and stand by them as a reliable companion • Maintain close cooperation and interaction with families and relatives in key person work • Promote interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and other specialist agencies • Record and document work processes within the framework of internal institutional guidelines. • Plan and accompany the stay through the phases: admission, clarification and support, as well as discharge, and carry out service shifts (24 hrs. incl. on-call service and weekends).
