Your tasks:

• Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries
• Calculations, offers and orders, processing of orders in SAP
• Reading of construction plans
• Price, deadline and technical clarifications with the production plants and suppliers
• Complaint processing
• Cooperation and coordination with the employees in the field service
• Processing of Product Management News for the Swiss market

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training
• Technical flair, good spatial awareness
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and French
• Very good MS Office user knowledge (SAP is an advantage)
