We manage, develop and operate a vast and diverse portfolio of buildings and infrastructural facilities. The competence area Terrace bath / water surfaces (TEWA) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all water surfaces. We manage the terrace bath (indoor and outdoor pool) as well as the Burghalde and Tannegg-Pfaffechappe learning pools. A cafeteria is also operated in the indoor pool. To complete our team, we are looking for you starting from 1 October 2026 or by agreement as Cashier Team Leader 100 % (terrace bath with outdoor and indoor pool) Ville de Baden Full time Indefinite duration Terrace bath / water surfaces Your tasks • Lead the team of cashiers (6 - 8 people / seasonal) including duty planning • Assume overall responsibility for the operation of the cash desk • Take charge of customers (communication, representation, loyalty, requests, complaint management) • Manage and maintain the TEWA mailbox • Manage and coordinate the occupancy schedules and reservations of all TEWA facilities • Management of accounts receivable for all TEWA facilities • Manage and operate the cafeteria (purchasing, stock management, cleaning work, decoration and hygiene controls) • Technical and content responsibility for various systems (entrance, information screen, occupancies, website, communication platforms) • Administrative work for the team and the TEWA competence area / taking minutes of TEWA meetings • Participation in projects Your profile • Specific vocational training or equivalent training with good sector knowledge in the field of cashiering, accounting/administration and hospitality • Security and great precision in managing all financial transactions (cash/non-cash) • Availability for flexible hours (weekends, public holidays) including shifts at the cash desk • Organizational talent with a sense of teamwork • Management experience with strong social competence • Great sense of hospitality and role model in the professional management of our customers • Good communication skills with a great sense of solution-oriented negotiation and the ability to assert oneself • Autonomous work with personal initiative • Driving license category B at minimum We offer A meaningful job with perspectives.
