We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented and proactive personality as a Storemanager Assistant. In this demanding and varied role, you will actively support the store management in leading a team of around 10 employees and simultaneously work with commitment in the daily business.
is a leading clothing retailer based in Fällanden. We combine a powerful online shop with personal on-site advice and continuously develop our processes, our assortment and our shopping experience.
Your tasks
In this versatile role, you support the store management in a professional, efficient and customer-oriented store operation. You are close to the customers, take on shared leadership responsibility and contribute to ensuring that advice, sales, merchandise presentation and team organization function at a high level.
This includes in particular:
active leadership cooperation in a team of around 10 employees
support of the store management in deployment planning and daily organization
personal 1:1 advice and service to our customers in
ensuring a high quality of advice, service and sales
collaboration in the training, support and further development of employees
shared responsibility for a positive, performance-oriented and appreciative team culture
close cooperation with purchasing and logistics
support with organizational and administrative tasks related to store operations
active participation in the further development of workflows, processes and customer experience
Your profile
You are a practically-minded, resilient and customer-oriented leadership personality who enjoys taking responsibility, but also rolls up your sleeves. You enjoy sales, have a good sense for people and fashion and maintain an overview even in intense situations.
You bring with you:
completed retail apprenticeship EFZ in textile or sports specialty retail
profound experience in the sale of jeans, men's or women's ready-to-wear
leadership experience in retail, ideally in a comparable function
very high customer orientation and joy in personal advice
resilient, balanced and reliable personality with high communication competence
cheerful, positive radiance and a well-groomed appearance
joy in dynamics, change and further development
German as a native language; foreign languages are welcome
interest in the interplay of store, assortment, purchasing and logistics
