It operates the two largest non-university centers of their kind in the Espace Mittelland: the Herz-Zentrum Bern as well as the Zentrum Viszeralchirurgie Beau-Site with the Schweizer Pankreas Zentrum and the largest Swiss reference center for obesity surgery. Renowned specialists, modern technology and interprofessional nursing (Advanced Practice Nurses) allow it to meet the high requirements of the service mandates for the entire spectrum of highly specialized visceral surgery.

The Klinik Beau-Site is recognized as a training facility in the specialty of Visceral Surgery (Cat. V1). We are looking for a specialist physician in surgery immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR TASKS ##

• Interesting practical activity in the operating room (50%), on the ward departments, the emergency station and in the practice
• Fulfilling the learning objectives including performing operations and interventions according to the operations catalog of the training program as well as their documentation in the e-logbook
• Participation in internal and external training
• Collaboration on research projects

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You possess the specialist title in Surgery (for foreign degrees, a MEBEKO recognition is necessary)
• You have good surgical skills corresponding to your level of training and corresponding references - please attach an updated, summarized operation catalog
• You work disciplined and are an initiative personality with joy in the profession and readiness for interdisciplinary cooperation
