The municipality of Emmen is looking for a committed, service-oriented and team-capable personality for the Directorate of Social Affairs and Society in the Services area due to replacement as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Where you can make an impact

• General secretarial tasks and counter service
• Opening of support dossiers in the Klib program and preliminary examination of applications
• Personal as well as written contact with clients, specialist offices and institutions
• Responsible for the registration of health insurance premium reductions for WSH recipients
• Processing of dental treatment, glasses and other requests

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• Initial professional experience is an advantage in the field of social insurance or public administration
• Further training in the social insurance field or the willingness to complete such
• Professional handling of demanding customers as well as strong social skills
• Good Office user knowledge, ideally initial experience with the Klib program
