Theoretical training: The courses are taught at the Ecole Professionnelle Artisanat Service Communautaire (EPASC) in Martigny at a rate of one or two days per week. Practical training: The practical training in the company takes place at CIMO, under the responsibility of a trainer. The inter-company courses (CIE) take place at the Ecole Professionnelle Technique et des Métiers (EPTM) in Sion. The profession As part of your apprenticeship, you will be led to discover four options of the profession: piping, boilermaking, locksmithing and plastics. In these 4 fields, you will perform measurements, you will produce unique parts according to 2D and 3D models, you will use cutting-edge machines (CNC, robot, etc.), you will perform welds by means of different processes, you will manufacture supports and perform the installation of these on different construction sites. The essence of the profession consists of planning and realizing installations as well as complex industrial parts and apparatus.
