Specialist Financial Accounting (80 – 100 %)

Main tasks

• Technical leadership as well as operational collaboration, coordination and control of the ongoing financial accounting
• Ensuring the proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank and cash accounting
• Responsibility for reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, fixed asset accounting as well as evaluations, settlements and reports
• Preparation of the VAT return as well as recovery of withholding tax
• Participation in closing work, audits and projects in finance and accounting
• Active participation in the finalization and optimization of the ERP processes in the area of financial accounting and fixed asset accounting
• Training and technical support of employees and apprentices in the area of financial accounting

Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting, e.g., accounting clerk, or comparable practical experience
• Several years of practical experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting (certainty in closing according to the Code of Obligations is an advantage)
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of responsibility, coordination and the technical support of employees
• High ERP affinity, ideally with knowledge of Comarch ERP
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
