Share What awaits you? ## • Comprehensive, needs-oriented advice for our customers in all credit matters in the mortgage sector as well as on the topic of investments. • Advising our customers on questions of pension, protection, retirement and taxes • Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio • Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Participation in market development measures and undertaking representative tasks What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or comparable training • Experience in the areas of credit advice (mortgages) and investment advice • Further education in the banking or financial sector • Enjoyment of customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels • Strong customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting • Independent and responsible way of working • You are proactive, open, flexible and humorous
