Law Clerk in the Corporate Legal Service 40 - 50% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve

• Clarification of legal issues as well as advising internal departments and group companies, particularly in the areas of contract law, labor law, commercial and corporate law, intellectual property law, criminal law, and public procurement law
• Processing and management of dossiers and legal cases
• Preparation and review of contracts
• Drafting of legal briefs, correspondence, and other documents
• Preparation of changes and innovations in CH / EU legislation
• Following current case law and informing internal stakeholders
• Participation in negotiations and court proceedings

What you bring

• Completed studies in law (MLaw)
• Completed internships and in preparation for the bar exam
• Ideally in-depth knowledge in labor law
• Interest in economic contexts and entrepreneurial issues
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Initiative as well as temporal flexibility
• German as a native language, good French skills an advantage
• Ideally willingness for a commitment of at least twelve months
