Network Coordinator International Business (m/w/d) The Funk Insurance Brokers AG is part of the Funk Group, founded in 1879. The family-owned company, now in its 5th generation, is considered the largest independent risk advisor and insurance broker in the German-speaking region. In our offices in Basel, Bern, Luzern, St. Gallen, Vaduz, and Zürich, our team of around 120 specialists from various fields work together. To strengthen our team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a Network Coordinator International Business (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. What you will be doing You will coordinate international insurance programs of all lines, particularly liability, property/BU, transport, and financial lines. You will coordinate and process all inquiries (including claims) from the Funk Alliance network. You will monitor risk situations abroad in cooperation with international mandate managers and specialist brokers. You will create and maintain documents, analyses, and reports for our customers' international programs. You will implement and monitor the Funk Alliance reporting tools. You will work on insurance due diligence and RFP analyses. You will monitor the commission sharing process - from invoicing to payment receipt. You will work on KVP projects and create marketing documents, presentations, pricing tools, templates for risk manuals, FACT, etc. Why you will succeed You preferably have a completed education at an insurer or insurance broker. You have professional experience in the corporate insurance industry, preferably at a broker. You meet the formal requirements for registration in the FINMA intermediary register or are already registered. You have in-depth knowledge of all non-life insurance lines. You are proficient in all MS Office programs. You want to use your good German and English skills (written and spoken) in your daily work and may have additional language skills.
