Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 60-100%

We are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (80–100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement, who with joy and professional competence contributes to addressing the wishes and needs of our residents in an aged care center in Zürich.

Tasks:

• Professional, individual care according to nursing guidelines
• Careful nursing documentation in CareCoach
• Accompanying rounds and implementation of medical orders
• Responsibility for correct medication handling
• Participation in reports and professional support of the team
• Accompanying employees and apprentices in the nursing process
• Daily or shift responsibility.
• Central contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.

Profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/AKP/DNII/DNI/PSYKP
• Professional competence, capacity for reflection, and enjoyment of responsibility
• Resilience, flexibility, and open, clear communication
• Relationship- and conflict-capable personality with heart and humor
