To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for you as

Sales Assistant Internal Sales Export 80-100% (m/f/d)

You are an independent and quality-conscious personality, ideally with experience in internal sales and/or export.

Your main tasks:

• Support of our global customers as well as our long-standing distribution partners
• Personal communication, predominantly in English
• Processing of orders from order entry to invoicing and payment
• Competent and service-oriented contact person for our customers
• Coordination of customer needs with production, logistics, and shipping
• Ensuring satisfied customers and smooth processes

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training with experience in internal sales, ideally in an export environment
• Enjoyment of a varied activity in a dynamic environment
• High level of initiative as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
